At Gallop, we have great employees who know great people. If you refer a new hire, you may be eligible for up to $1000 in bonus. All the full-time and part-time U.S based employees on active payroll are eligible to participate.
- Referred candidate must be on Gallop’s payroll for 90 days before the referral amount is paid.
- Referring employee must also be on active payroll at the time of awarding the bonus.
- Referral bonus is subject to all applicable taxes.
- Candidates whose resumes have been submitted in the past 6 months by any other means including email, call-in or self-submission do not earn an award for submission.
- Candidates who were former employees of Gallop in the past 6 months do not earn an award for submission.
- Amount award will be $500 or $1000 depending on the job position for which the referral is hired. Bonus amount will be disclosed before on-boarding the new hire.
- In order to process an award, referred candidate must be placed on active payroll within 6 months of referral submission.
- Gallop reserves the right to change all applicable rules without notice.
