HEALTH CARE

Medical Insurance
Employees and their dependent family members are covered under a PPO plan. This is a premium plan that offers comprehensive coverage for health care - including emergency and preventive care - and is very liberal about the choice of the health-care providers.

Dental Insurance
Employees and their dependent family members are covered under a PPO dental insurance plan. This is a plan that offers comprehensive coverage including orthodontia and is very liberal in the choice of the dental-care providers.

Vision Care Plan
The Company offers employees and their dependent family members with vision coverage.

Life Insurance
Employees are covered under a group insurance plan that provides up to $50,000 of Life Insurance coverage. Employees may purchase additional coverage.

AD&D
Employees are covered under an Accidental Death and Dismemberment plan that provides a cover of up to $50,000.

INCOME PROTECTION PLANS

Short Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Disability Insurance plan (for California employees) and a plan from a UNUM (for employees outside California) replaces up to 66-2/3 percent of salary for up to 90 days if an employee is disabled and unable to work.

Long Term Disability Insurance
This provides continuing income for long-term disabilities. After 90 days, this coverage (in combination with the Voluntary Disability Insurance plan for California employees) pays a monthly income up to 66-2/3 percent of pre-disability earnings to a certain maximum.

VACATION TIME

Employees start with 2 weeks of paid vacation and 2 personal days per year. The vacation days increase with service, based on a schedule. In addition, the company observes the statutory public holidays as applicable.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Reimbursements for professional development expenses which include books and training. Company approved certification programs are also reimbursed. To keep you up to date with the latest in technology, we offer free in-house training in core areas.

IMMIGRATION BENEFITS

Gallop boasts an in-house immigration specialist team that provides free consultations. We provide hassle-free immigration assistance which includes H1 and Green Card processing.

OTHER BENEFITS

When you start with Gallop, we provide relocation allowance to cover travel and temporary stay. Annual performance bonus based on the performance on the project. Semi-annual performance appraisal.
